Hey, I’m Greg. I’m a wedding and adventure photographer based out of Los Angeles. I’ve spent a lot of time in the outdoors over the past few years and it’s had such an impact on my life, so I decided to start pulling it more into my wedding photography. My goal is to create a seamless connection between the two and spend more time getting out into the mountains to photograph couples.
I’m a simple guy and try to reflect that in my work. I have an epic jump (at least I think so) that I have friends photograph when we’re in a rad location – my goal is to make a book someday. I love spending time outside and going on backpacking trips, which I’m sure you knew by now. I lived in New Zealand for 6 months while in school and recently went back for a few weeks, which was epic. I dream of owning a black lab one day (I was basically raised with dogs as my siblings). More recently I’ve been working to focus my attention on the sense of adventure and wonder.
If any of this sparked a little light in your head, send me a message! The most important thing is that we can get along and foster a real friendship, so don’t be afraid to reach out. Ultimately, I want to work with people who aren’t afraid to go crazy and express how excited they are about their love and lives together.
*From July 5th, 2014 to August 3rd, 2014, I’ll be solo hiking the 211-mile John Muir Trail. Yes this is a crazy adventure and no, I don’t know what I’m getting myself into. I feel like a bucket of emotions swirling all around together. If you’d like to meet me out on the trail for a short day or weekend hike, that would be so incredibly awesome. I’ll have my camera with me and hope to capture some beautiful stuff. I’m aiming to tell the real stories of hiking this trail – the people, the rainy days, the early camps, and every struggle + happiness that will follow.
